1. Custom Products Are Non-Returnable
Since FamilyHavenPrint provides customized products (including but not limited to printing, embroidery, design, etc.), once the order is confirmed and production begins, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure that all information (such as design, size, color, etc.) is accurate before placing your order to avoid any issues.
2. Non-Custom Products Return Policy
For non-custom products (such as stock items), we offer a 30-day return policy. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in perfect condition, including all labels, accessories, and accompanying items.
You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as the order number, invoice, or receipt.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide photos or videos as proof. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Free Exchange: We will provide a free exchange for the damaged or defective product to ensure you receive a product without flaws.
Refund: If we cannot provide an appropriate replacement, you may choose to receive a refund. The refund amount will be fully returned to your payment account after confirmation.
Please note that all quality-related complaints must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Return and Refund Process
Contact Customer Support: If you need to return or request a refund, please contact us via email or phone, explaining the reason for the return and providing relevant details (order number, product name, issue description, etc.).
Confirm Return Request: We will review your return request and confirm the details with you.
Return Process: If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to the specified address.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days and refund the amount to your payment account.

Custom Orders: Custom products, once confirmed and put into production, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you provide accurate design, size, and other custom requirements when placing your order.
Non-Custom Products: Non-custom products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item, but the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Fees: For non-quality-related returns, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Processing Time: Return and refund processing time is typically 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
